According to the Board resolution dated May 07, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (TCH) approved the divestment or investment at the following companies:

1. To transfer all stake of its subsidiary Hung Viet Trading JSC at Hoang Hiep Investment Construction Joint Stock Company.

-       Owning volume: 4,395,000 shares

-       Transfer volume: 4,395,000 shares

-       Transfer price: not lower than the book value

-       Buyer: Mr. Vu Dinh Thang, Major shareholder, CEO of Hoang Hiep Investment Construction Joint Stock Company.

-       Trading time: in May - June 2019

 2. To receive the transfer of stake at Thinh Hiep Construction Joint Stock Company:

-       Buying volume: maximum 1,081,600 shares

-       Buying price: VND10,000/share

-       Seller: Mr. Do Huu Hung (Board member of TCH) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha (Board member of TCH)

-       Trading time: in May - June 2019

 3. To receive the transfer of stake at Thinh Phat Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company:

-       Buying volume: maximum 918,400 shares

-       Buying price: VND10,000/share

-       Seller: Mr. Do Huu Hung (Board member of TCH) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha (Board member of TCH)

-       Trading time: in May - June 2019
