On April 19, 2018, PetroVietnam Power Corporation announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the report of business result in 2018; the 2018 profit distribution; the audited financial statements in 2018.
2. Approving the 2019 profit distribution.
3. Approving the report on the Board of Directors activities in 2018 and plan for 2019.
4. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2018 and plan for 2019.
5. Approving the selection of auditing company to audit financial statements in 2019.
6. Approving the resignation of Mr. Vu Huy An as member of BODs for the period 2018 – 2023.
7. Approving the appointment of Ms. Vu Thi To Nga and Ms. Nguyen Hoang Yen as members of BODs for the period 2018 – 2023.
8. Approving the appointment of Ms. Ha Thi Minh Nguyet as members of Supervisory Board for the period 2018 – 2023.
