On May 27, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (SBT) decided to temporarily cancel the documents of the private placement of preferred stock because the foreign investor needs more time to complete legal procedures as regulated.

Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company will work and agree with the foreign investor about the progress and re-apply documents to register to issue shares at an appropriate time under the laws.
