-       Name of issuer: Dalat Real Estate JSC          
-       Stock code: DLR
-       Securities type: Common stock
-       Reason for delisting: Profit after tax of the company was negative in three years (2016, 2017, 2018) and accumulated loss is over paid-up charter capital as at 31/12/2018. Such, DLR 's share was put in the delisting status based on Decree No. 58/ 2012/ ND - CP dated 20 Jul 2012
-       Total delisted volume: 4,500,000 shares
-       Total delisted par value: VND 45,000,000,000
-       Delisting date: 24/5/2019
-       Last trading day on HNX: 23/5/2019.
