1. Result of private placement:

-       Issuer: Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation

-       Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond

-       Par value: VND100,000,000

-       Bond form: book-entry

-       Issue volume: 800 bonds

-       Total issue value: VND80 billion

-       Bond term: 02 years

-       Interest rate: 10%/year for the first year. From the second year, CTI will apply a floating interest rate with the adjustment every six months and defined by the reference interest rate plus 3.3%/year.

-     The reference interest rate means the average of individual saving interest rates in VND, deferred payment, term of 12 months, quoted by 04 commercial banks: BIDV, Vietinbank, Vietcombank and Agribank on the interest determination date.

-       Interest payment period: every 06 months

-       Issue date: April 24, 2019
