KHB: Request of explanation for reason and solution to the delisting status

On 22 April 2018, Hanoi Stock Exchange received 2018 audited financial statements of Hoa Binh Mineral Joint Stock Company (Stock code: KHB). After reviewing, Hanoi Stock Exchange found that: The auditor declined to comment on the financial statements of Hoa Binh Mineral Joint Stock Company in 2017, 2018. Thus, the stock of KHB belongs to the delisting case regulated at point d clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2016/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange on 07 May 2019 at the latest.
