On May 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company decided to establish a project management unit of Chau Duc Golf Project under Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company. Mr. Do Quoc Bao, Director of BOT Enterprise, was assigned to be concurrently Head of the project management unit. 

The Board of Directors also set up a construction team of Chau Duc Golf Course under Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company. Mr. Truong Thanh Hiep, Deputy CEO, was assigned to be concurrently Team Leader of the construction team.
