1. Ex-right date: June 05, 2019       
2. Record date: June 06, 2019         
3. Purpose: to issue bonus shares to increase capital from the owner’s equity
4. Detailed information:

-       Exercise ratio: 3:1 (Those who own 03 shares will receive 01 new share)

-       Estimated issue volume: 55,667,424 shares

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example, if shareholder A owns 125 shares at the record date, he will receive 41 new shares. The fractional part (0.6 share) will be cancelled.

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company.
