According to Board Resolution No.13/2019 dated May 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the result of share issue for dividend payment and ESOP as follows:

1. Result of dividend payment:

-       Number of shares registered to be issued: 47,637,978 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 47,636,997 shares

-       Value of distributed shares: VND476,369,970,000.

2. Result of ESOP:

-       Number of shares registered to be issued: 2,000,000 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 1,961,000 shares

-       Value of distributed shares: VND19,610,000,000.

-       Number of undistributed shares: 39,000 shares

-       Reason: Employees resign before the distribution time of ESOP.

-       Transfer restriction: until May 20, 2022

3. The Board decided to amend the Articles of Association regarding the increase in its charter capital from VND1,906,144,540,000 to VND2,402,124,510,000.
4. The Board approved to register to deposit new shares at Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on Hochiminh Stock Exchange:

-       Additional listing volume: 49,597,997 shares

-        Estimated listing time: in May, June 2019.
