-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Chu Thu and Mr. Do Van Cuong as members of the BODs.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Ngo Van Tuy as Head of the Supervisory Board.

-       Approving the appointment of Mr. Do Van Quang as a member of the BODs cum Chairman of the BODs.

-       Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam as a member of the BODs

-       Approving the appointment of Mr. Phung Van Cong as member of the Supervisory Board cum Head of the Supervisory Board.
