     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 18%/share (01 share receives VND 1,800)
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Petrolimex Equipment JSC on working days from 12/06/2019. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above
          - Exercise date: 12/06/2019
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 28% (shareholders receive 28 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Petrolimex Equipment JSC on working . Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares will be deleted
