On April 24, 2019, the 2019 Extraordinary General Meeting of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company was convened in Ha Noi City. However, until 9:00, April 24, 2019, the number of shareholders attending the meeting was 21 shareholders, representing 60,261,800 shares, equivalent to 20.09% of the total voting shares and less than 65% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the 2019 Extraordinary General Meeting was not eligible to conduct.
