Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Cong Kha as a member of the BOD cum Chairman of the BOD in the term 2017-2022 as from April 25, 2019.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Minh Doi as a member of the BOD in the term 2017-2022 as from April 25, 2019.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Vo Van Tuan as Head of the Supervisory Board as from April 25, 2019.
