LTC: Request of explanation for delisting status

On 08 May 2018, Hanoi Stock Exchange received 2018 audited financial statements of Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company. After reviewing, Hanoi Stock Exchange found that the auditor declined to comment on the 2018 financial statement of the Company. Thus, LTC shares belongs to the delisting case regulated at point d clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2016/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government stipulating implementation of some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act and Item 1, Article 17 of Securities Listing Regulation of HNX dated on 13/10/2016.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason for the delisting on 15/05/2019 at the latest.
