1. Approving the transaction with subsidiaries:

-       Phuc Hung No.3 Investment Construction Joint Stock Company;

-       Phuc Hung 7 Investment Construction Joint Stock Company;

-       My Xuan Ha Noi Housing JSC;

-       Phu Lam JSC.

2. Approving the transaction with related company:

-       An Phu Hung Investment JSC

3. Approving the transaction with related person to internal person:

-       Kycons JSC;

-       TKB Vietnam JSC.
