-       Par value: 10,000 dongs

-       Number of outstanding shares: 241,933,853 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 16,935,369 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND169,353,690,00

-       Exercise ratio: 7% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 07 new shares.)

-       Time of implementation: 90 days from the approval date by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1
