On May 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the plan for borrowing at MBBank – Thai Nguyen Branch as follows:

-       Limit: 120 billion dongs

-       Purpose: to supplement the working capital, open LC and guarantee.

-       Loan term: 5 months/ debt agreement

-       Maintenance time: until June 30, 2019

The Board of Directors approved to use the Company’s assets to ensure the credit limit.
