According to Board Resolution No.17 dated May 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction JSC approved to contribute capital to set up Truong Thanh Solar Power JSC. Accordingly, Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction JSC will contribute VND2,040,000,000, accounting for 51% of the charter capital of Truong Thanh Solar Power JSC.
