1. Approving 2018 business results, 2019 business plan, company’s charter, 2018 financial statements and operation reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
2018 consolidated business results:
- Revenue: VND52,512 million
- Profit after tax of shareholders of parent company: -VND52,257 million
2019 consolidated business plan:
- Revenue: VND77,500 million
- Profit after tax of shareholders of parent company: VND23,160 million
2. Approving compensations for the BOD & the Supervisory Board.
3. Approving the audited firm chosen for 2019 financial statements.
4. Approving appointment of Mr. Pham Thi Thu Ha, Nguyen Cong Khoi, Tran Thi Kim Thoa in Members of the BOD term 2019-2023.
5. Resolution is valid as of April 24, 2019.
