According to the Board resolution dated April 04, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 approved the dividend ratio and payment date of the first dividend installment of 2019 as follows:

-       Payment ratio: 15.00% (or 1,500 dongs for a share)

• For the remaining dividend of 2018: 8.98%/share
• For the dividend of 2019: 6.02%/share
