• Plan for profit distribution in 2018;
• Remuneration of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors in 2018 and 2019;
• Choosing an auditing company for the Company in 2019;
• Report on the result of stock issuance in 2018, changing the purpose of capital allocation;
• Document on the existing shareholder receiving the transfer of shares leading to the ownership ratio to be more than 51% without via public tender offer;
• Electing an independent member to the Board of Directors;
• Document on the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Quyen and electing a replacement member to the Board of Supervisors;
• Other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting.
