On April 03, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.98/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (stock code: TSC) into supervision status as from April 09, 2019.

Reason: The after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2017 was –25.01 billion dongs and the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2018 was -26.45 billion dongs. This is the case of securities supervised according to Item b, Point 1.1, Clause 1, Article 23 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated 03/19/2018.

TSC shares will be traded only in the afternoon session as from April 09, 2019.
