On April 24, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.138/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (stock code: TTF) into supervision status as from May 06, 2019.

Reason: The undistributed after-tax profit in 2017 was -1406.8 billion dongs. The after-tax profit of parent company’s shareholders in 2018 was -715.1 billion dongs. This is the case of securities supervised according to Item b, Point 1.1, Clause 1, Article 23 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated 03/19/2018.

TTF shares will be traded only in the afternoon session as from May 06, 2019.
