The Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company approved the signing of commercial agreements with the following companies, which are related to the members of the Board of Directors and the Directorate:

-          Golden Space Corp: signing agreements on interior decoration and furniture for offices in 2019;

-          Golden Mark CPM: signing agreements on consulting and supervising construction works in 2019; 

-          AINOVATION, Inc: signing an agreement on consulting and solutions on digital transformation in 2019.\

-          KMS Technology: signing an agreement on providing technology solutions and human resources for online e-commerce platform (O2O) and website.
