1. Approving the business result in 2018:

-       Profit before tax:                175.11 billion dongs

-       Dividend:                          12%.

2. Approving the business plan in 2019:

-       Total revenue:                3,528.8 billion dongs

-       Profit before tax:                183.8 billion dongs

-       Dividend:                         no less than 12%.

3. Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2018.
4. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2018
5. Approving the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019.
6. Approving the plan for profit distribution in 2018 and plan for 2019.
7. Approving the remuneration of the BOD in 2018
8. Approving the resignation of member of BOD for the period 2014 – 2019.
