1. Approving the business plan in 2019:

-       Revenue:  70,000 billion dongs

-       Profit after tax: 6,700 billion dongs.

2. Approving the plan for stock dividend payment in 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 30%

-       Time of implementation: Q2.2019.

3. Approving the plan for dividend payment in 2019: 20%.
4. Approving the company’s charter capital to VND21,239,071,660,000, equivalent to 2,123,907,166 shares.
5. Approving the selection of KPMG Com Ltd is auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019, 2020, 2021.
