Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 17, 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to transfer its stake at CENWINDCO:

- Number of shares registered to transfer (maximum): 8,750,000 shares (35% of the stake of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company at CENWINDCO)

- Transfer price: not less than VND11,000/share

- Trading time: in Quarter 2/2019

2. The Board of Directors approved to disburse the investment to projects such as the second wind power project in Phu Yen province, other wind and solar power projects.
