On April 12, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.118/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (stock code: BCG) into warning status as from April 22, 2019.

Reason: The after-tax profit of parent company in 2018 was -15.84 billion dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2018 was -10.51 billion dongs. This is the case of warned securities, regulated at Item b and c, Point 1.1, Clause 1, Article 22 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated 03/19/2018.
