Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announces the content of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the business plan in 2019 to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Revenue:            5,400,000 million dongs

-       Expenses:            4,700,000 million dongs

-       Profit after tax of consolidated parent company (excluding goodwill): 932,000 million dongs

-       Profit after tax of consolidated parent company (including goodwill): 717,000 million dongs

-       Dividend for 2019:                    32%.

2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Dominic Scriven as member of BOD.
3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Duong Truong Hai as member of BOD.
4. Approving the plan for issuing VND500 billion in the private placement.
5. Approving the company contributes capital for Thu Thiem River Park (“TTRP”), equivalent to 43.75%.
