Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 04, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to contribute more capital into CENWINDCO in order to increase CENWINDCO’s capital up to at least 30% of the total investment of Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power Plant.
The Board of Directors approved that Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company would repay the debt on behalf of CENWINDCO if CENWINDCO did not pay Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) in order to execute Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power Plant Project.
