On March 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved to purchase the shares from shareholder Nguyen Phan Bao Anh at Thien Nam Confectionery Co., Ltd., as follows:

-       Maximum buying volume: 49% of the shares owned by Mr. Nguyen Phan Bao Anh, equivalent to 1,960,000 shares.

-    Buying price: negotiation, based on the book value of Thien Nam Confectionery Co., Ltd. on the reviewed financial statements at 31/03/2019.
