Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolutions dated March 14, 2019 regarding the establishment of subsidiary as follows:
The Board of Directors approved the plan for separating TICCO Concrete Co., Ltd. to set up TICCO Tan Phuoc Concrete Co., Ltd. Accordingly, TICCO Concrete Co., Ltd. will be decreased its charter capital from VND100 billion to VND40 billion in order to establish TICCO Tan Phuoc Concrete Co., Ltd. (in Tan Lap 1 commune, Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province) with the charter capital of VND60 billion.
