HAGL Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Gia Lai Province dated January 23, 2019 regarding the tax penalty in 2013 as follows:  

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND1,146,403,421

-       Value added tax arrears: VND3,608,857,565

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND1,927,750,046

-       Personal tax arrears: VND195,409,496

-       Late payment: VND4,119,986,069.
