The second phase of Novaland’s strategy focuses on residences, eco-urban complexes, and tourism complexes. Of those, NovaToursim and NovaWorld will be the two focus brand names in the coming time.
Phu Quoc, Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, and Khanh Hoa will be the geographic focus for the construction of tourism properties by Novaland.
Last week, the two latest properties, NovaWorld Phan Thiet and NovaWorld Binh Chau, were launched.
According to Bui Xuan Huy, general director of Novaland, NovaWorld Phan Thiet will cover an area of more than 1,000 hectares of land, offering residences, second-home villas, and shophouses, as well as an entertainment area with parks, a petting zoo, a golf course, and clubs.
Meanwhile, NovaWorld Binh Chau will cover an area of more than 100 hectares in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, including tropical style residences, parks, a salt-water swimming pool, and adventure games.
Novaland also signed strategic agreements with Hoa Sen University and Hai Au Trading Investment Corporation to co-operate in training and providing human resources and to develop helicopter services.
Huy said that in 2019, with the three key tourism properties –NovaHills, NovaBeach, and NovaWorld – Novaland expects to offer around 2,400 vacation products to the market. In addition, more than 4,500 apartments, villas and townhouse will be launched throughout the year.
The company has co-operated with many experienced domestic and foreign partners to bring the best services to customers.
Novaland so far developed over 40 housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing 26,000 products to the market.
