The Board resolution dated March 11, 2019, CMC Corporation (CMG) approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved to change the name of CMC System Integration Com. Ltd into CMC Technology and Solution Company Limited (short name: CMC TS CO., LTD).
2. The Board of Directors approved to increase for CMC Technology and Solution Company Limited from VND80,000,000,000 to VND160,000,000,000
3. The Board of Directors approved to transfer stake in CMC Software Solution Com. Ltd to CMC Technology and Solution Company Limited with the transfer value of VND50,000,000,000. After the transfer completes, CMC Technology and Solution Company Limited will become the owner of CMC Software Solution Com. Ltd
4. The Board of Directors approved to transfer 2,998,000 shares of CMC Corporation in CMC Infosec to CMC Technology and Solution Company Limited with the transfer value of VND29,980,000,000.
