The Board resolution dated March 08, 2019, Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (DMC) approved the business plan in 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to hold the 2019 General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Record date: April 02, 2019

-       Meeting date: expected in April 29, 2019

-       Meeting venue: No.66 – highway 30, My Phu Ward, Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province.

2. The Board of Directors approved the business plan in 2019:

-       Revenue: 1,467 billion dongs;

-       Profit after tax: 230 billion dongs;

-       Dividend payment in cash: 25%/ charter capital.
