On February 28, 2019, Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 145,600 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 15,900 shares

- Purpose: to repurchase shares to make its treasury shares from the employee resigned.

- Expected trading period: from March 12, 2019 to April 10, 2019.

- Trading method: to transfer right via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

- Purchase price: VND10,000/share.
