According to the Board resolution dated February 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the transfer of a part of Housing Project (Lot B1 and B4) in Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, with the scale of 29,060.8 m2, to Dynamic Innovation Co., Ltd. The transfer price will be VND1,162,432,000,000 and the deal will be executed within 30 days from the date of receipt of Decision No.498/QD-UBND dated February 02, 2019 by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
