On February 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

-       The report on business performance of the Company in Quarter 1 and 2 of the fiscal year 2018 – 2019.

-       To cancel the plan for selling assets including two frozen factories AGF8 and AGF9 and two materials farming areas in Chau Thanh district, Dong Thap province.

-       To transfer the worker housing project in Binh Duc ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province in order to recover capital for production.
