The Board resolution dated February 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) approved to change the plan for contribution capital to subsidiary as follows:

-       Company name: TTC Land Hung Dien Joint Stock Company

-       Charter capital: VND300,000,000,000 (TTC Land contributed VND186,000,000,000, equivalent to 18,600,000 shares, accounting for 62% charter capital of TTC Land Hung Dien).

-       To appoint Mr. Bui Tien Thang as the stake of representative of TTC Land in TTC Land Hung Dien.
