Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company sent a document to HOSE to ask for the extension of submission for financial statements.

-           For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the last day of quarter;

-           Reviewed semi-annual financial statements: 60 days from the last day of the first six months of fiscal year, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.

However, the request of PHR will be reviewed by the State Securities Commission.
