• Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2018 and 2019.
• Approving the amendment of business function.   
• Approving the amendment of the Articles of Association.
• Approving the transactions between the Company and affiliated parties.
• Other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting.
