2. Organizing the annual general meeting for fiscal year 2018:

-       Time: 8:00, March 29, 2019

-       Place: Etown Building, 364 Cong Hoa, ward 13, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city.

3. Paying the interim dividend for 2018:

-       Pay-out ratio: 18%/par value (VND1,800/share)

-       Payment method: in cash

-       Financial resource: the undistributed profit.

-       Payment date: April 05, 2019.
