On January 31, 2019, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy on executing the agreements and transactions between Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company and 23 related companies. The value of each agreement and transaction is lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements. Those agreements and transactions will be valid from January 01, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

On February 01, 2019, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company received the decision of the Department of Taxation of Gia Lai Province dated January 31, 2019 as follows:

• Penalty for false declaration 20%: VND48,305,770
• Corporate income tax arrears: VND139,712,852
• Resource tax arrears: VND76,867,000
• Environment protection fee arrears: VND24,949,000
• Late payment: VND20,578,258

Total amount payable: VND310,412,880.
