-      Record date: February 27, 2019                  

-      Purpose: to organize the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the first cash dividend installment for 2018.

a. The 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-      Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-      Estimated meeting date:  April 12, 2019      

-      Meeting venue: the meeting venue will be announced in the invitation letters.
