1. The Board of Directors approved the business result in Q4.2018:

-       Output:    171,876 teu, achieved 114.58% plan;

-       Revenue;  194.107 billion dongs, achieved 133.86% plan;

-       Profit before tax: 68.687 billion dongs, achieved 124.88% plan;

2. The Board of Directors approved the business plan in Q1.2019:

-       Output:    135,000 teu;

-       Revenue:  130 billion dongs;

-       Profit before tax: 55 billion dongs.

3. The Board of Directors approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2019:

-       Meeting time: expected at 1:30PM, April 23, 2019

-       Meeting venue: Floor 5^th, Cang Dinh Vu Building, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City.
