The Board of Directors of Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2019 dividend in cash:

- Payment date: expected in Quarter 1, 2020.

- Record date: December 2019

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 50%/ par value (VND5,000/ share)
