HDB: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

On December 03, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 208 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 49,049,988 shares

- Purpose: to stable the HDB’s stock price.

- Expected trading period: from December 12, 2019 to January 10, 2020

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
