On December 30, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) adopted to establish CII Infrastructure Project Management Unit to replace the existing Investment Department. Besides, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Duong Quang Chau, CII’s Investment Director, to be the Director of CII Infrastructure Project Management Unit.
On the same day, the Board Chairman issued a decision to allow CII to receive the stake transfer at Thu Thiem River Park Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. (“TTRP”) from Shining Armor Limited (“SAL”) and then transfer the stake owned by CII at TTRP to a new partner. After the transfer above, CII will own 19.99% of TTRP’s charter capital.
