According to Board Resolution No.40/2019 dated December 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX) approved the following issues:

1. Allowing the plan for concentrated purchase of main materials for production and business needs for member firms in 2020.
2. Adopting the supplies and material purchase deals/contracts signed by GELEX (the buyer) and domestic and foreign partners (the sellers) with the value less than 35% of GELEX’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
3. Adopting the supplies and material purchase deals/contracts signed by GELEX (the buyer) and domestic and foreign partners (the sellers) with the value less than 35% of GELEX’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
4. Adopting the logistics deals/contracts signed by GELEX and the companies related to GELEX or GELEX’s Board members.
5. Assigning GELEX’s CEO to select partners, negotiate and decide terms of material sale and purchase contracts.
